- Ergonomics: To achieve maximum freedom of movement in the pit, the controls are flanged on the front
- Large buttons allow sensitive control even with gloves
- Castors of the lifting unit are safely covered against dirt and damage
- Spring pack on the lifting unit. The lifting unit lowers at about 250 kg and is thus secured against unintentional slipping
- Optionally, the pneumatic energy set is equipped with a condensate separator and additional compressed air connections for tools
- Needle bearing mounted undercarriage castors: The special ease of movement allows effortless repositioning of the lift within the pit
- Color design – All controls are color coded in red to effectively prevent incorrect operation
- Safely dimensioned: The sturdy design of the Blitz lifters is also reflected in the generously dimensioned piston rod diameters. In this way, external forces and bending moments are compensated
- Hydraulic-pneumatic forced return allows quick return of the ram with and without load. Unlike conventional lifters, the ram is literally ”pulled” to its rest position.
- Extra-long cylinder guide: The long guide of the piston rod guarantees an optimal absorption of lateral forces – particularly significant as loads are rarely received in the middle
- Anti-rust prevention (fully hydraulic lifting unit): During each lifting or lowering movement the piston rod and cylinder inner wall are slightly wetted with oil = no rust on the cylinder wall and the piston rod
- Elaborate 2 layer coating for perfect external corrosion protection
- Longevity: Both piston rod and pump piston are hard-chrome plated to protect against corrosion and wear
- The intuitive 4-speed operation includes a hydraulic-pneumatic quick lift, the load stroke by means of an air motor, a stepless fine lift and a sensitive lowering via hand lever
- The lifter is delivered with universal castors
- No disturbing hydraulic hoses installed
