Rotary announces its participation in Autopromotec 2025
Bräunlingen. April 2025 – Vehicle Service Group (VSG), a leader in the automotive equipment sector, confirms its presence, together with its flagship brand Rotary, at the 2025 edition of the Autopromotec trade fair, at stand A38 in Hall 30.
After its absence from the last edition due to the pandemic that hit Europe in 2020, VSG returns to the spotlight of Italy’s largest automotive trade fair. On this occasion, the company will present innovative solutions aimed at improving the productivity of workshops, with a particular focus on technologies capable of optimising work processes and responding to current and future challenges in the industry.
Below are the featured products highlighting the most significant solutions designed under the Rotary brand.
Electro-hydraulic mobile columns – HydroLift Series
First presented in Frankfurt in September, the new series of Rotary branded mobile columns is officially launched on the market on the occasion of the fair. The robustness and reliability that have always distinguished the brand are encapsulated in a new design and a new technological concept.
The structure of the column is compact and extremely mobile thanks to the hydraulic carriage. Each column has identifying numbering and an LED indicator displaying column operation in real time. All the information on the status of the column can be viewed directly in the new app, which is the most important new development.
In addition to post management, the app can be used to configure posts safely, easily and quickly.
From the operational point of view, the mechanical safety closure system with a reduced wheelbase and greater contact width ensures complete safety during lifting procedures and improves the parking function.

Suspended Pit Lift – Portal Lift 17 Vario
This new model added to the Blitz series last year consolidates the well-known Rotary standards, enriched with important features greatly simplifying burdensome operations. This exclusive combination allows you to pick up, lift and support any kind of vehicle.
The lift is extremely adaptable to any pit, permitting adjustment of chassis height and width. The wired remote control also allows the operator to control the lifting operations in a simple, user-friendly way.
Leverless tyre changer – Kendo.Evo
For years the Kendo range has been the choice of workshops searching for a product offering advanced performance and technological precision. The new Kendo.Evo model is the result of in-depth assessment of the dynamics and greater difficulties arising in workshops, with the aim of identifying a solution responding to the requirements of any type of operator.
The large storage area can be modulated based on the operator’s characteristics and requirements. The operator has a grid for positioning containers according to his or her own working method, personal physical characteristics and/or the set-up of the available workspace.
Rounded frame shapes ensure easier movements. The operator can easily work around the machine, free of limitations and without fear of impact.
All machine functions are displayed using symbols to make the working process even faster.
Truck wheel aligner – RWA5100HD
A wheel aligner equipped with CCD sensors and Bluetooth data transmission, expanding the Rotary portfolio of specialised solutions for operations on heavy vehicles.
All diagnostic procedures are managed via a tablet, allowing the operator to enjoy ample mobility between multiple workstations.
The aligner has an open trailer-mounted console, equipped on both sides with a charging dock for the batteries of the lowered measuring heads. The latter are designed specifically for lorries and buses.
